Returns is a service supplied by the relevant vendors directly under this policy, under which they give you the choice of an exchange, replacement, and/or refund. It's possible that not every product listed under a certain category has the same returns policy. The product page's return/replacement policy applies to all purchases and takes precedence over the general return policy.

RISE IN CITY HOLISTIC truly believe that customer satisfaction is the key element for the success and growth of the business, hence we offer a warranty on every item you purchase from our website. If you receive a product that does not meet the requirements you ordered, i.e.,
 Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity, Defective, Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.

However, for few products/services, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant or the vendor does not accept any return. Some of the healthcare products, customized & personalized products and products such as undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc. and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

Additionally, we won't be able to accept the return if the item. -


 Is worn, used, or modified Physically harmed products or boxes are returned without their original packaging and accessories. Modified serial number.

 

Kindly contact us within two days of receiving your order if you've gotten a damaged item, an empty package, or anything missing.

If the order has been shipped, refunds will not be granted.

 

Our Replacement Policy is in effect once the order has been sent. Without mentioning physical or accidental damage, we will replace the product for free if it has any internal flaws (the customer needs to bear the shipping cost).

 

Please take note that RISE IN CITY HOLISTIC does not offer any type of product satisfaction guarantee.

 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for replacement. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

 

The company " RISE IN CITY HOLISTIC " could ask you to send images of the damaged items in order to get it replaced. We will be delighted to replace your item without charge after the claim has been verified.

 

There are a few products which cannot be returned such as Food, flowers and other perishable items. Additionally, we do not take dangerous materials, combustible materials, or gases, or "intimate" or "sanitary" goods. Additionally, we are unable to promise that any technological devices will satisfy (confirm before order). Replacement requests will only be considered if we receive them within one day after delivery.

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return process, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase order back to the manufacturer.


SHIPPING –

There could be some shipping amount to be charged depending upon the product range. However, there will be no shipping fees to be imposed for the items return or replace.
